By enrolling for Treasure Rewards membership or by continuing to exercise the privileges of Treasure Rewards Membership, and in order to make it possible for Stademos Hotels Rewards Scheme to perform its obligations under the Program, I accept the terms and conditions of the Treasure Rewards [including Data Privacy policy] of Stademos Hotels , as this was made available to me and I explicitly authorize Stademos Hotels to use my personal information which (or as) supplied to you during my enrollment or during the course of Treasure Rewards Scheme, provided that such use will be:

  1. Used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way.
  2. Collected only for the purposes of the Loyalty Program and not used in any way that is incompatible with that purpose.
  3. Relevant and limited only to the above mentioned purpose.
  4. Accurate and kept up to date.
  5. Kept only as long as necessary for the purposes of the Loyalty Program.
  6. Kept securely

STADEMOS HOTELS TREASURE REWARDS SCHEME

1. ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Stademos Hotels Treasure Rewards scheme is offered exclusively by Stademos Hotels LTD ("Stademos"), the company that manages the Rewards Scheme only for customers of the hotels operated by Stademos (the "Rewards Scheme"). The Treasure Rewards Scheme is designed to enable customers of the Stademos hotels to benefit from the advantages outlined the below when they have booked an accommodation and stay at any of the hotels operated by Stademos.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR JOINING THE REWARDS SCHEME

Anyone interested in being part of the Treasure Rewards Scheme must first complete the Rewards Scheme application form, either at any of the hotels operated by Stademos in writing or by completing the application form online which can be found at: www.stademoshotels.com. To be eligible to take part in the Treasure Rewards Scheme all applicants must be of 18 (eighteen) years of age and over, and accept the Stademos Hotels Terms and Conditions.

Once their application has been confirmed by Stademos Hotels each applicant shall receive its Rewards card via email, free of charge, which shall be used only for their own purposes and such Rewards Card is strictly personal and cannot be assigned or shared with any other party and shall from there on be considered a member of the Treasure Rewards Scheme ("Member"). The Rewards Card cannot be sold or lent and it does not constitute any means of payment. Each card indicates the holder's name and its holder's identification number. The digital Rewards Card shall only be used by the Member until such Member reaches the Silver membership level after which time it shall receive through the post, at the address such Member indicated when submitting its application, a personalized hard copy plastic Rewards Card. Each time the Member reaches a new membership level thereafter in the Rewards Scheme such Member shall receive a Rewards Card which corresponds to its membership level as these are identified further below.

Members accept that the Treasure Rewards Scheme may be partially or totally modified at any time and without notice at Stademos' Hotels sole discretion. In this case, Members shall be notified of the new general terms & conditions and the date on which they shall become effective, via an email to the address specified at the registration or the one that has been updated from the Member.

Members accept that Stademos Hotels reserve the right to discontinue this Treasure Rewards Scheme at any time without prior notice. All active Members shall receive 12 months' prior written notice. When the Treasure Rewards Scheme will be terminated all unredeemed points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability. Notwithstanding what has otherwise been specified hereunder, Stademos Hotels may cancel a Loyalty Card at any time immediately where it has reasonable grounds to believe that there has been fraudulent use of the Rewards Card, where the Member has breached these terms and conditions, where the Member has acted in an inappropriate, abusive or hostile manner or where the Member fails to pay any hotel bill. Such a cancellation shall result in the cancellation of all accumulated points on the Loyalty Card as well.

A Member may cancel its Loyalty Card and its participation in the Treasure Rewards Scheme at any time by sending written notice of such cancellation to the following email: rewards@stademos.com.cy . The Rewards Card shall be considered as cancelled when such cancellation has been confirmed in writing by Stademos Hotels. All unredeemed points, will be forfeited immediately and may not be reinstated or transferred.

3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS, EARNING POINTS AND BENEFIT LEVELS

Provided that an application to become a Member has been successfully confirmed by Stademos Hotels, a Member shall be entitled to start accumulating points to the Treasure Rewards Scheme under the following conditions:

(a) Where the Member directly books a stay at any of the hotels operated by Stademos, either through the hotel's website directly, email, phone or post, the Member shall be entitled to accumulate points on its accommodation and any money spent by the Member on food and beverage at the hotel and at the spa shall be eligible for points. For the avoidance of doubt the Member shall not be entitled to any points for its accommodation where the booking has been made in a manner other than directly through Stademos, namely through tour operators, travel agents, third party websites etc, corporate seminars, banquets, or any other event of a private nature.

b) Where a Member makes a booking through a third party as set out above any money spent by the Member on food and beverage at the hotel (excluding banqueting or any other event of a private nature) and at the spa shall be eligible for points but not any money spent on the accommodation.

(c) All points will be debited in the Member's Rewards Card at checkout and shall only be available for redemption at their next visit in any of the hotels operated by Stademos and shall only be able to start redeeming their points and enjoying the benefits of each membership level as set out below when they have completed fourteen nights at any hotel operated by Stademos in any number of visits.

(d) Points will only be credited if the Member's name is on the booking and provided the Member makes reference to its Rewards Card when making payments at any of the Stademos operated hotel.

(e) Points are not applicable for transportation charges, gift shop, retail purchases and other outsourced services or products.

(f) Member shall not be entitled to any points for the money spend on food and beverage and SPA at the hotel if not accommodated at the hotel at the same time.

EARNING POINTS

Members' Rewards Card that comply with the Treasure Rewards Scheme terms and conditions shall be entitled to receive 1 point for every 1€ spent.
All Members will earn automatically 500 bonus points upon successful registration.
The Stademos Treasure Rewards Scheme comprises of 4 Membership levels which shall not expire subject to the terms and conditions hereunder:

A. BASE MEMBERSHIP LEVELS:

All new Members to the Treasure Rewards Scheme shall begin at base level and will start accumulating points on their Membership following successful registration.
In order for a Member to be able to enjoy the benefits under this membership level and any membership level in the Treasure Rewards Scheme the Member must have spent an accumulated fourteen (14) nights at any hotel operated by Stademos on any number of visits and the points accumulated shall only be available for redemption at the Member's next visit to any of the hotels operated by Stademos.

B. SILVER MEMBERSHIP LEVEL

All Members of the Treasure Rewards Scheme with 5.000 points or more in their loyalty account

C. GOLD MEMBERSHIP LEVEL

All members of the Treasure Rewards Scheme with 8.000 points or more in their loyalty account

D. PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP LEVEL

All members of the Treasure Rewards Scheme with 12.000 points or more in their loyalty account

Once the next level of membership is reached, Members shall receive automatically the new Rewards Card for each new membership level they have reached through the mail.

4. MEMBERSHIP DOWNGRADE

  • Platinum Members will be downgraded to Gold Members if there is no activity on their Rewards Card for a period of three (3) years from their last stay at any of the Stademos hotels. Following such downgrade Members will enjoy all benefits provided for the Gold level and the points will be reduced to 8.000(Gold Level).
  • Gold Members will be downgraded to Silver Members if there is no activity on the Rewards Card for a period of three (3) years from their last stay at any of the Stademos hotels. Following such downgrade Members will enjoy all benefits provided for the Silver level and the points will be reduced to 5.000 (Silver Level).
  • Silver Members will be downgraded to Base Members if there is no activity on the Rewards Card for a period of three (3) years from their last stay at any of the Stademos hotels. Following such downgrade all points accumulated will be deleted, however the Member shall be entitled to continue to be a part of the Rewards Scheme and to accumulate points in order to upgrade to different levels.
  • Base Members there is no downgrade for Base level.

5. REWARDS SCHEME BENEFITS

Base Members

All Members spent an accumulated fourteen (14) nights at any hotel operated by Stademos on any number of visits will be entitled to:

  • 10% discount on Food & Beverage outlets (excluding banqueting or any other event of a private nature)
  • 10% discount on Spa treatments
  • Welcome amenity in the room

Silver Members

  • 10% discount on Food & Beverage outlets (excluding banqueting or any other event of a private nature)
  • 10% discount on Spa treatments
  • Free High speed internet
  • Welcome amenity in the room

Gold Members

  • 10% discount on F&B outlets (excluding banqueting or any other event of a private nature)
  • 10% discount on Spa treatments & Products
  • High speed internet
  • Welcome amenity in the room
  • Complimentary newspaper Or free access to Press reader
  • One voucher per person, per visit, for one cocktail to be enjoyed at any bar within the host hotel
  • Early check in (upon availability)
  • Late check out (upon availability)
  • A set menu dinner for two in any of the host hotel’s a la carte restaurants (excluding drinks) during any booked stay from 2 nights and over

Platinum Members

  • 10% discount on Food & Beverage outlets (excluding banqueting or any other event of a private nature)
  • 10% discount on Spa treatments & Products
  • High speed internet
  • Welcome amenity in the room
  • Complimentary newspaper - Or free access to Press reader
  • One voucher per person, per visit, for one cocktail to enjoyed at any bar within the host hotel
  • Early check in from 9 am
  • Late check out until 6pm
  • A set menu dinner for two in any of the host hotel’s a la carte restaurants (excluding drinks) during any booked stay from 2 nights and over
  • Guaranteed Free upgrade (Upgrade ONLY valid for Deluxe Rooms – i.e. no upgrade is to be given if the next room category is a suite or any other type of accommodation except Deluxe)
  • Round trip transfer to/from airport for up to 4 persons
  • Departure gift in the room during the first stay after becoming Platinum member

6. REDEEMING POINTS FOR A COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT

Points can be redeemed towards a complimentary night stay for the Standard / Base Deluxe category Rooms only

  • For the Amara points redemption: 6.000 points
  • For the Elysium points redemption: 4.000 points
  • For Mediterranean Beach points redemption : 2.600 points

To upgrade from the Deluxe Inland View Room to a higher room category there will be an extra supplement payable directly to the hotel by the Member. Members can contact the reservations departments to learn more about the supplements policy.
Where the Member wishes to redeem its points for a complimentary night stay as set out herein it must contact the specific hotel operated by Stademos that it wishes to make its booking to arrange such complimentary night stay prior to making his booking and in order to receive such complimentary night stay the Member will have to present at the hotel upon arrival the corresponding voucher that shall be issued by the hotel at the time of booking.
For the avoidance of doubt complimentary stays cannot be confirmed for the period 1st of August - 30th of September.

7. CARD USAGE

For the Members to benefit from the Treasure Rewards Scheme benefits, they should always mention their Rewards Card number when making a reservation and present their Rewards Card upon check in and when making any payments at any restaurants bars or spas of any of the hotels operated by Stademos. These provisions must be respected in order for the benefits to be granted.

8. MEMBERS COMMUNICATION

All Members will receive an email with their new balance after each stay and will receive a notification as soon as they have reached the next membership level.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

All personal data collected by Stademos Hotels for the Rewards Scheme shall be processed only for the purposes of the Treasure Rewards Scheme and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and in accordance with the Treasure Rewards Scheme privacy policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND GENERAL

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to the Rewards Scheme pursuant to these terms and conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the republic of Cyprus and the courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms and conditions.
  • All trademarks, trade names, logos etc used hereunder and in the Stademos Hotels Treasure Rewards Scheme are the trademarks and the ownership of Stademos Hotels.

LOYALTY PROGRAM DATA PRIVACY POLICY OF STADEMOS HOTELS PLC AND ITS GROUP OF COMPANIES (TOGETHER "STADEMOS")

Stademos respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy aims to give you information on how Stademos collects and processes the personal data you submit to Stademos when applying for a membership to the Stademos loyalty program (the "Loyalty Program") and use your Loyalty Program card, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and any applicable national data protection laws ("Data Protection Laws"). It is important that you read this privacy policy together with the application form and the Loyalty Program's terms and conditions so that you are fully aware of how and why Stademos is using your personal data before submitting your application for the Loyalty Program.

Stademos as a data controller under the Loyalty Program will comply with Data Protection Laws, in that the personal data Stademos collects and holds about you will be:

  1. Used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way.
  2. Collected only for the purposes of the Loyalty Program and not used in any way that is incompatible with that purpose.
  3. Relevant and limited only to the above mentioned purpose.
  4. Accurate and kept up to date.
  5. Retained only as long as necessary for the purposes of the Loyalty Program.
  6. Retained securely.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Stademos for the purposes of the Loyalty Program will collect, store, and use the personal data you provide when filling out and submitting your Loyalty Program application form which shall include your personal contact details, date of birth, gender, nationality, address & phone number, as well as your accommodation bookings at the Stademos participating hotels and your service transactions at such hotels' restaurants, bars and spas.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We will collect and process your personal data as set out below in order to allow us to perform our duties in providing you with the Loyalty Program and its benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions of such program.

We will process your personal data for the purposes of the Loyalty Program in the following manners:

  • Loyalty card issuance in your name;
  • Adding points you earn when booking an accommodation at any of the Stademos participating hotels and when making transactions in any of the Stademos hotel restauants, bars and spas in accordance with the terms and conditions of such program;
  • Sending you information regarding your account status and your activities on the Loyalty Program;
  • Communication with you for any matters relating to your Loyalty Program membership;
  • Accessing the benefits which you are entitled to, under the Loyalty Program and tracking your points and your transaction activity;
  • Point administration (points earned through the Loyalty Program);
  • Sending you direct marketing material where you have specifically consented to be contacted for such purposes in your application form to the Loyalty Program.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

Stademos does not and will not share any of your personal data with any third party.
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it as mentioned herein, unless we are obliged to disclose them pursuant to a legal obligation by the applicable law.

DATA SECURITY

We have put in place measures to protect the security of your personal data and prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who need to know this personal data in order for Stademos to provide its services under the Loyalty Program to you in accordance with the Data Protection Law. Details of these measures are available upon request. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.

DATA RETENTION

We will only retain your personal data for as long as you are still a member to the Loyalty Program including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We shall delete your personal data within 3 months from the date that your membership to the Loyalty Program terminates or comes to an end for any other reason.

RIGHTS OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, ERASURE, AND RESTRICTION

Your duty to inform us of changes
It is important that the personal data that Stademos holds about you is accurate and up to date. Please keep Stademos informed if your personal data changes at any time.

Your rights in connection with personal data
Under certain circumstances, by law you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a "data subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data that Stademos holds about you and to check that Stademos is lawfully processing it.
  • Request correction of the personal data that Stademos holds about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information Stademos holds about you corrected.
  • Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask Stademos to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for Stademos continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask Stademos to delete or remove your personal data where you have exercised your right to object to processing (see below).
  • Object to processing of your personal data.
  • Request the restriction of processing of your personal data. This enables you to ask Stademos to suspend the processing of personal information about you.

MARKETING MESSAGES

In the circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing by Stademos by confirming such consent on the application form, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. To withdraw your consent, please contact Mrs. Elizabeth Papaxenopoulou, E commerce Manager at: elizabeth@stademos.com.cy .Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose or purposes you originally agreed to, unless we have another legitimate basis for doing so in law. Please note that stopping marketing messages will not stop service communications from Stademos relating to your Loyalty Program account.

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

We have appointed a data protection officer (DPO) Mr. Panos Loizou, at: dpo@stademos.com.cy, to oversee compliance with this privacy policy. If you have any questions about this privacy notice or how Stademos handles your personal information, please contact the [DPO]. You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Data Protection Commissioner's Office, the Republic of Cyprus' supervisory authority for data protection issues.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE

Stademos reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time, and will provide you with a new privacy policy when making any substantial updates.
